Yesterday I had the amazing opportunity to go flying with the Flint Family. The Flints have matching "his and her's" Super Cubs. I went with their whole family including their children. I have never experienced flying like this in my entire life. I have flown gliders, multi-engines, aerobatic planes, and nothing compares to what we did yesterday. Aside from the beautiful landscape being able to fly at 100ft above the ground for prolonged periods of time is amazing at one point, we were flying just feet above the water between the Knik Glacier and the mountain. We landed for some dinner then took off back for Anchorage after about 2 hours in the Super Cub. The capabilities of the Cub's were astonishing! being able to land in 250 feet and skimming the water with the balloon tires is something I will never forget. Later today I will post pictures of the hike up Flat Top Mountain!!

Bi-Centennial Park
These are from my first full day in Alaska. It is unbelievable how these mountains are right on the edge of Anchorage. I dont think anyone could ever get tired of waking up and seeing them every day! The black and white photograph was actually taken with the lens fogged up from being in my backpack, but it looks like I put a vignette on it however this is not the case. The mountains are of the Chugach State Park.

Sunset Pics
Yesterday my friend Kevin and I headed out to take some pictures. I wanted to get a "Man's Best Friend" silhouette shot. I got a couple good ones but haven't got what I am looking for quite yet! Kevin also got a great shot of me doing a tree flip! Thanks!
